Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your Made For Golf purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible


How to start a return

Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional but helpful)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days


Shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect


Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a fault.
